EGR was eliminated ages ago but now with the MS manifolds the surgery is complete. PCV system is going to be completely re-routed off the plenum. Plenum Brackets havnt been on my car for 10yrs no problems figured why not eliminate all of this stuff and weld the all of it shut then make it just as pretty on the underside. The elimination also allows way more room for the big Ash Piping in the car. Switching over to Mattz over the plenum ls7 style injector rail so I will not need the factory mounting for anything fuel related, so delete that, all casting markings have been removed and smoothed out. Havnt decided if i want to go the polish route again (took forever the first time), or get it chromed, or Powdercoat it. Ive always had the shiny and black look in my engine bay. Opinions are needed :). Thanks for looking hopefully you guys like what ive done.
start by cutting the parts off and then shave it all down make filler pieces and tack and tig weld shut and then smooth everything out and blend it same for the other side start sanding smooth and then grind all the spots in the cent of the plenum for injector clearance and to just generally clean up etc.
